Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Witti mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by Splash Ventures LLC ("Splash Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"). This is a general-purpose placeholder agreement intended to accompany Witti during its development and App Store review process, and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel and updated to reflect the app's actual functionality before public launch. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it beyond what is permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
